More than traveling - Discover New Zealand with the most beautiful hiking and biking tours
Mighty mountain ranges, deep rainforests, subtropical regions, vast grasslands and vibrant cities. Explore the most stunning sceneries in New Zealand on foot or by bike.
With 87 hiking, biking and city tours, you will experience New Zealand's diversity at first hand. All tours, including the Great Walks, have been walked and illustrated by our tour-goers. The resulting GPS tracks are part of this app, and will guide you through a breathtaking nature. You can navigate directly from the App, or you can export the GPS tracks for handheld navigation devices.
An interactive travel guide and tour guide:
Accurate and exact route descriptions, and extensive image and video materials, offer you the option to create an individualized plan for your holidays. For families with children there are also indications on whether the tour is suitable. Wherever needed, there are GPS tracks available for the arrival and the start of the tour.
Detailed illustration of the path quality and the sunlight of each individual path section, along with precise height profiles, will show you the conditional requirements. Whether you are an ambitious hiker or a stroller, you will always find the right tour for you.
For each tour there is also a topological offline map available. This way, you do not need Internet connection, since even in the deepest rainforest you can reach your destination with GPS tracking and the detailed maps. All important milestones and attractions are illustrated along the way, with meaningful icons and great photos. Additionally, there are also other parameters included, such as risk potentials, fitness-level and nature experiences, to enable you to quickly select and view a tour.
Better safe than sorry:
When you switch on the navigation system, the already traveled distance will be automatically saved. This tracking function is a safety function so that you can find your way back to the starting point.
Well connected:
If you want, you can discuss in our forums with other readers about the attractions of your destination, or inform them about your experience. If there are still questions open, then just ask our tour-goers and authors directly in the forum of the App.

The tour-goers and authors of the Bergwild publisher regularly check all contents and tour descriptions. If changes occur, your ComboBOOK will automatically update.

After you install the app, the download of the actual travel and tour guide will start. You will need about 320 MB of free space on your device for this installation.
